Recently, KORIG CRANES successfully delivered 2,000 tons of rail gantry crane in Lufeng Ocean Engineering Base, the largest domestic home port of offshore wind power, which not only refreshed Weihua’s super-large product innovation and research and development strength in offshore wind power field, but also boosted the vigorous development of China’s offshore wind power industry and promoted the transformation of local energy structure to low-carbon, green and clean. For the realization of “carbon peak, carbon neutral” goal contributed to the KORIG CRANES strength.
With industry-leading research and development strength and innovation ability, KORIG CRANES developed 2000t rail gantry crane for the first time for the complex working conditions of the project, lifting the total height of 90m, the span of 62m, the use of double trolley design, and the use of AWS standards in the production and manufacturing link, can ensure the safety of lifting heavy objects to the ground under extreme circumstances. Zero speed braking of each mechanism is realized to reduce the load caused by impact to zero, ensure the stability of the operating mechanism and lifting mechanism, and meet the requirements of equipment installation accuracy.
